Free Commercial Use: If your company earns less than $100,000 USD per year in annual revenue, you may use HaugeGen and all generated assets for free, including commercial purposes.
Paid Commercial License: Companies with annual revenue of $100,000 USD or more must purchase a commercial subscription to download and use generated assets commercially.
Revenue Calculation: Annual revenue means your company's gross revenue in the most recent 12-month period.
Honor System: Our licensing model operates on an honor system, similar to Unreal Engine. We trust you to select the appropriate option when downloading. We reserve the right to request revenue verification if needed.
Perpetual License: Assets generated while your subscription is active remain licensed to you perpetually, even after cancellation. However, you need an active subscription to download new assets.

Is generation really free for everyone?
Yes! Anyone can generate 3D assets for free. The license requirement only applies when downloading assets for commercial use by companies earning $100,000+ per year.
What happens to my assets if I cancel?
Assets generated while your subscription was active remain licensed to you forever. However, you'll need to resubscribe to download new commercial assets.
Can I use assets in products I sell?
Yes! With the appropriate license (free if under $100k revenue, paid if over), you can use generated assets in any commercial products, games, films, or other projects.
Do you verify company revenue?
We operate on an honor system and trust users to select the correct option. However, we reserve the right to request verification if needed.
Will I receive invoices for my subscription?
Yes! Stripe automatically generates and emails a professional invoice for each payment. You can also access all your invoices anytime through the customer portal. Perfect for accounting and expense reports.
Can I upgrade from monthly to annual (or downgrade)?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime through your subscription portal. Stripe automatically prorates charges - you only pay the difference. For example, if you upgrade from monthly to annual mid-month, you'll receive credit for your unused monthly time. You'll never be double-charged!
How is VAT/sales tax handled?
All prices are shown
excluding VAT/sales tax. During checkout, Stripe automatically calculates and adds the correct tax based on your location:
- EU Business customers: Can enter their VAT number for reverse charge (no VAT added)
- EU Individual customers: VAT will be added based on your country (typically 19-25%)
- US customers: Sales tax may apply depending on your state
- Other countries: Local tax rates apply automatically
The final price with tax is shown before you confirm payment.
